Get ready to travel to a galaxy far, far away—because Star Wars Day is just around the corner, and Disney is bringing the force like never before! Whether you’re a lifelong Jedi or new to the rebellion, there’s something magical for every Star Wars fan this May.
Starting Sunday, May 4th, fire up Disney+ and take a virtual POV walkthrough of Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. You’ll be able to hear the ambient sounds of the planet, spot your favorite characters wandering the marketplace, and even jump into a thrilling ride-along on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It’s an immersive, action-packed escape from the First Order—no lightspeed travel required.

For a limited time enjoy the Season of the Force at Disneyland Park through May 11th which includes exciting entertainment, special character moments and more. Making its debut this year will be “Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga”, a new nightly projection show in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge showcasing iconic moments from the Skywalker saga with effects and music that will transport you to a galaxy far far away.
On select nights, you can also catch Fire of the Rising Moons, a dazzling fireworks display with a uniquely galactic twist. And rumor has it… you might just run into Luke Skywalker himself wandering the planet Batuu
If that isn’t enough to get you excited, Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite will return to the Disneyland Park with galactic entertainment, including Fan of the Force Costume Cavalcade and a lightsaber training session. This is a separate ticketed event which also includes exclusive food and drinks during the party, new photo backdrops, and after-hour access to select attractions and the rare opportunity to dress in Star Wars themed costumes*. Tickets are available for events on April 29th, May 1st, and May 6th. With entry you will receive a commemorative credential, guide map, and unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass digital photos taken during the event**.

Starting May 4th you can get your hands on the limited time “Reclaimed and Reforged” lightsaber collection. This limited-time offering will be available at Savi’s Workshop in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World while supplies last.

There’s even more fun to be had at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort, guests will have the chance to participate in a free make-and-take at the LEGO Store where they can assemble a complimentary mini build of Grogu in a hover pram, while supplies last.
You can also enjoy Star Wars related trivia at Disney Springs, or take part in the interactive LEGO mural wall and the pop-up retail display featuring newly released LEGO building sets in Downtown Disney District. Both of these experiences are available from May 2nd to May 4th, between 10a.m. and 7p.m. local time at both locations.
